When we began 2024, FoodScraps360 had a life-time collected total of 556,000lbs of food scraps. On Nov 5, 2024, we exceeded our million pound milestone. And as of Dec 21, 2024, FoodScraps360 has collected more than 1.13 million pounds of food scraps - more than TWICE the life-time total we began with in 2024. We are, in a literal sense, exponentially saving more food scraps from the landfill (and making sure it turns into nutrient rich compost at the Town of Bethlehem Composting Facility.)
